The number of e-health consultations in the medical and psychological field is constantly increasing. People search the internet for medical information before they consult a doctor. They feel safer in an anonymous space and are less ashamed to disclose their problems. In this light, Kopvol already started an online platform in 2009 with cooperation partners and a scientific advisory board of renowned representatives from research and practice. This platform offers orientation, advice and crisis intervention, while at the same time evaluating the design criteria of a virtual architecture in the health care sector. Under the name PO ONLINE, the largest German-language database on the correlation between consulting practice and the dissolution of a real practice environments is created. The portal is a care service, experiment and laboratory in one. All partners are striving to develop new types of care rooms, which are becoming increasingly important in times of a global, pandemic-sensitive and resource-saving world.
