Can architecture offer care or even bring about healing? Under the title ‘Placebo Architecture’, the Dutch Architecture Institute NAI is organizing a theme evening with the world-famous architecture critic and principal of the Maggie’s Centers, Charles Jencks, Dutch architect and OMA partner, Ellen van Loon and the German founder of Kopvol architecture & and psychology and architectural psychologist, Tanja C. Vollmer. In the series Architecture and Health, the Dutch Architecture Institute (NAI) stimulates discourses on the increased proactive participation of architects in the development of new care typologies.
