In May 2019 Prof. Dr. Tanja C. Vollmer moves into the Oskar von Miller Excellence Forum in Munich as Scientist in Residence. The forum originates from the Bavarian construction industry’s educational initiative for civil engineers. The specially created cultural building was designed by Prof. Dr. Thomas Herzog. In addition to providing insight into their scientific work, the guest scientists offer workshops for the guest students from 13 nations and 5 engineering disciplines.
