For several years now, the architectural journalist, Jeanette Kunsmann, has been dealing with the topic of healing architecture. In her latest article, she impressively describes the work of international architects, including the Japanese Kengo Kuma, and sums up: “A psychologist and an architect respond (to the question of the article’s title) with a vision: They develop buildings that support our health. They have now summarized their findings in their book, “Architecture as a Second Body”. An approach to the interdisciplinary field of applied architectural psychology, with which a new chapter begins in the history of building design.”
