Due to the high burnout rates of oncology professionals in private practices, Kopvol examines the architecture of 20 different oncology practices in 5 different cities in Germany (Fulda, Munich, Berlin, Hannover and Recklinghausen) and interviews over 200 professionals about the impact of the environment on the working climate and well-being of the employees. In three categories, the study retrospectively examines indicators of the existence of a supportive environment for people who are in constant contact with seriously ill patients. The data are not yet published.
